Meet the Principal

At Victory STEM Academy, we will create a place where every child can explore, discover, and grow with confidence.

— Mrs. Lozano

Mrs. Margarita Lozano will serve as the inaugural principal of Victory STEM Academy. She is excited to partner with students, families, and staff to build a campus where every child feels welcomed, challenged, and inspired to succeed.

Mrs. Lozano began her career in education as a paraprofessional and library aide in Pearsall ISD before becoming a classroom teacher in 2013 after earning her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University–San Antonio. She later earned a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Concordia University and began serving students as an assistant principal.

In 2020, Mrs. Lozano joined East Central ISD, where she served Oak Crest Elementary as both a Program Facilitator and Assistant Principal. During her five years at Oak Crest, she earned a reputation for fostering strong relationships, supporting teacher growth, and maintaining a student-centered approach that helped every learner reach their potential.

As the founding principal of Victory STEM Academy, Mrs. Lozano looks forward to establishing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. She believes every student deserves opportunities to explore, discover, and grow, and she is committed to creating a school where students develop the confidence and skills they need for future success.
